There was an important UPS envelope lost by UPS some time ago. Marissa worked diligently to track the envelope and once she determined it was lost, filed a claim with UPS. They were not communicative or timely, but she continued to follow up and reach out to them - ultimately getting reimbursed for the shipping cost plus a little more. Great job getting a resolution for this issue!! It would have been easy to just let it go, but you followed through, and it paid off (literally!).
